Our Maple Glazed Pumpkin Scones are infused with Cardamom and are, in our humble opinion, much better than your average mermaid's pumpkin scone ;).
We hand shred our butter into the mixutre which melts during the baking process, causing the outside to be nice and crunchy while the inside is soft and fluffy from the steam released from the melting butter. Sounds delicious right?
