Our Heavenly Strawberry 🍓 Short Cake 🍰 is a very special treat and a personal favorite! Our version of this timeless classic takes on a deconstructed form so that you can enjoy every scrumptious layer.
We begin with a tasty buttermilk biscuit made from locally sourced buttermilk and peppered with locally sourced dried lavender. The dried lavender pieces not only add a beautiful purple color to the golden biscuits, they add a perfeclty sweet flavor as well (without having to add any sugar!). We slice each biscuit in half to create a 2 layered cake containing 2 portions of our homemade whipped cream and 2 portions of organic strawberries.
