Our Lemon 🍋 Poppy scones are a favorite in the Spring but can be enjoyed all year round!We grate by hand the butter to work it into the dough. While the scones are baking in the oven, the butter shavings melt into the scone to give it that delicious texture on the inside. We also zest by hand the lemons and for the lemon glaze on top, we take the juice straight from the zested fruit !
These scones are perfect for breakfast as well as an after dinner treat with tea 💯☕.
