The base of the cake is made with Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder and of course, a healthy helping of Guinness brewed all the way in Dublin, Ireland ๐ฎ๐ช๐(we promise that all leftover beer was promptly consumed and enjoyed ๐)! The chocolate cake is light and moist which compliments the Cardamom Cream Cheese Frosting found both on the outside of the cake and inside separating the 2 layers of absolute heaven.
