Wow. What else can we say? This cake uses the mightest nut for the mightest cake! It is one lean, mean, green machine! Well okay, that isn't exactly true but you do get a tinge of green from the pistachio nut!  Whether you hold an affinity to the pistachio nut (like my mother!) or not, you'll find that this cake is quite exceptional.  Throw in a splash of rosewater and what you're left with is a deliciously light yet satisfying bundt cake.  For added pleasure, we dust the top of the cake off with confectioners sugar for your tastebuds delight!
 
It's safe to assume that you'll get 12-16 slices to share with family and friends during a celebration.  We won't judge if you decide to share it with you, yourself, and I instead. In fact, we highly encourage it!
